Yummy!
Thank you Kitchen Girl
What you need:
2 cans ready to use refrigerated crescent rolls
1 (8oz.) brick cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg white

How to make it:
Preheat oven to 350*.
Grease a 13X9-inch baking pan. Unroll and lay 1 can of crescent rolls in the pan and pinch the openings together.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg together until smooth. Spread the mixture over the crescent rolls evenly and then lay the second can of crescent rolls on top of the cheese mixture and brush with egg white. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.

Top with glaze after cooling for 20 minutes.

Glaze:
1/2-1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Alfredo Sauce

This sauce is perfect for pasta, or fondue!

What you need:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 Tablespoon garlic seasoning (we like Johnny's)
1 1/2 cup 2% milk
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Dash of fresh ground pepper

How to make it:
Add all ingredients to saucepan, cook over medium heat stirring occasionally as butter and cheese melt. Bring to a gentle boil, stir constantly for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium/low and cook an additional 7-10 minutes stirring frequently until smooth and starting to thicken. Remove from heat and let stand, sauce will continue to thicken.

Pancakes

What you need:
3 cups milk
1/4 cup white vinegar
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
4 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
cooking spray

How to make them:
Combine milk with vinegar in a large bowl and set aside for 5 minutes to "sour".
Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Whisk eggs and butter into "soured" milk. Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat (we have one of those big electric griddles), and coat with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto skillet and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula and cook until lightly browned on that side.

To make stroganoff:
