What you need:
1 pkg. wide egg noodles
8 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups crinkle cut carrots
3 cups diced, cooked chicken meat
How to make it:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add egg noodles, a pinch of salt and
a little oil, and boil for 8 minutes, or until tender. Drain, and rinse under
cool running water.
In a large pot, combine broth and poultry seasoning. Bring to a boil.
Stir in celery, onion and carrots. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in noodles and chicken, and heat through.
